It’s rare for anyone to initially explore their wellness goals with a trained professional at no charge. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do at any time in your life.  It means focusing on how you feel, what you are eating (and why),  how you perceive your life to be at this time and where you feel you are headed.  Daily rituals I encourage is dry brushing, drinking fresh, clean water (filtered or distilled if possible) and eating as much fresh veggies at each meal.  Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create new relationships with food.  Having meals with friends and family gives food a 'special' place in your heart and that association is not wrong, you just have to be able to control it for you.  Work, stress, family obligations etc can add to the frustration you feel, making it more difficult to modify your diet as you age and modification is critical as we move into our 40s, 50s, and beyond!  If you know, like I know before an event, how I would cave in on eating when I am hungry - eat a protein snack before the event - even a handful of almonds does the trick!   As a Health coach, I work with clients to break through the barriers/beliefs that continue to keep them spiraling in frustration! I am passionate about assisting families to feed themselves with food that nourishes their bodies, helping to keep chronic problems away and deal with daily stress. Disease, mental frustration and depression are all possible reactions to poor food choices. Imbalanced lifestyle habits, and even the groups of friends you choose to hang out with, can assist or adversely affect your future good health.

Why do you need an Integrative Health Coach?

There is so much information out there! Doctors know a lot about bodies but little about proactive health practices. As an Integrative Health Coach, I am knowledgable about dietary and lifestyle options. However, my goal is to learn about you and determine how we can improve your life and health. As cliche as it sounds, if you don't have your health, you don't have much! As a Health mentor I discuss your options to determine what works for you and what doesn't! Understanding the messages your body is sending is critical! We start with deciding what you want to accomplish, and then determine concrete goals to help get there. Your two one hour sessions each month will give us time to identify what is working for you and what isn't. I will guide you to making the right choices to feel the best you have ever felt! Each month you will receive tips and health materials as well as the ability to email me throughout the program with any questions regarding the process and your progress. It is about YOU!
